Hi, I'm Ali Nielsen

I trained to support women in regaining their health and losing weight after I came across a lifestyle that enabled me, after a lifetime of yo-yo dieting and disordered eating to finally lose weight and keep it off.  My shape changed in a way it never had before and I lost inches from all my problem areas.

An unexpected bonus was the arthritis I had in my hands disappeared and my bloating and gut issues vanished. Not only that, but I found that I wasn’t particularly hungry or constantly thinking about food like I usually did when trying to lose weight.

I'm not about everyone being a "Skinny Mini" - I'm about helping women with their health in general so they feel good in their own skin, love their bodies and can be their best selves.


An important part of this program is the mindset work. What to eat is important but why we eat is even more important. As a holistic program it also covers stress management, sleep and gut health
